Pastor Leo Rucibigango is the Senior Pastor of Evangelical Restoration Church of Kacyiru Parish in Kigali, Rwanda.  The church which was  planted in 1996, currently has over 400 registered members.  Apart from his pastoral role in ERC Kacyiru, pastor Leo is also among the senior leaders of Evangelical Restoration Churches in Rwanda.
